Bitmapped Graphics Borders
Creating a border around bitmapped graphics in applications is similar to
doing so in object-oriented drawing applications. The border appears around
the selected area. The user can create overlapping publishers and subscribers
in bitmapped graphics applications. You need to provide a Show/Hide
Borders command to allow users to turn all borders on and off.
